Mitchell H. Kobil is President of Lifetime Investment Advisors, LLC, a financial planning and structured settlement company affiliated with Sage Settlement Consulting. Mitchell specializes in providing settlement planning and services for personal injury claims, including medical malpractice, product liability, and workers’ compensation. Mitchell also arranges for advance settlement funding, lien resolution services, Medicare Set Aside (MSA) analysis, and private health insurance coverage.

Mitchell’s experience includes attending mediation and court settlement conferences, in which he provides negotiation support by employing tax-advantaged structured settlements. Mitchell is able to offer a wide range of structured settlements, including fixed and variable annuities, as well as alternatives, to suit the person’s particular financial needs and objectives. In so doing, Mitchell is able to evaluate the person’s needs for Medicaid and/or SSI eligibility, and asset protection, and arrange for the establishment of trusts as appropriate to complement the tax-exempt benefits of certain structured settlements. Additionally, he provides insurance and investment services for the individual following settlement to meet his/her needs for protection against the loss of a primary caregiver, long-term care, and for investment of the cash portion of the settlement.

Prior to entering the insurance/financial services industry, Mitch was employed as an electronics engineer in the defense industry for 20 years. He obtained a B.S.E.E. from Rutgers University and M.S. from George Washington University. Mitch holds licenses and appointments as a Life and Health & Accident insurance broker.
