Matthew Frazier

Matthew Frazier is an attorney and settlement consultant for Sage Settlement Consulting. He began his career as a real estate attorney at an Am Law 100 firm and then spent the next seven years as the General Counsel and certified NFL and MLB agent at a Houston-based sports agency representing over 150 players and coaches. Matthew joined The Settlement Alliance (now Sage Settlement Consulting) in 2016.

Matthew also recently served as the Executive Vice President of ARCHER Systems, LLC, the largest mass tort settlement administration company in the United States. As EVP, Matthew worked with hundreds of law firms across the country to administer complex settlements totaling billions of dollars for millions of claimants. He has served as a court-appointed special master or third-party neutral by judges overseeing these complex settlements and was responsible for allocating settlement awards among the injured claimants. Matthew also has experience assisting in the placement of hundreds of millions of dollars into trust accounts for minors and incapacitated adults.

As a settlement consultant, Matthew is focused on protecting each client’s financial future. His experience as an attorney and settlement administrator makes him uniquely qualified to assist injured claimants and their families throughout the settlement process.

Matthew currently resides in Houston, Texas with his wife and their two daughters.
