Kyle Bollman is the Co-Chairman, C.E.O., and President of Sage Settlement Consulting, the nation's largest provider of structured settlements and comprehensive settlement planning solutions for plaintiffs and their legal counsel. Sage places in excess of 8,500 cases, representing $3 billion in annuity premiums annually.
Mr. Bollman is also the C.E.O. and President of United Settlement Solutions, the leading provider of market-based structured settlements. In a related capacity, Mr. Bollman also serves as President and a Board Member of United Assignments, S.C.C., a Barbados Assignment Company. Mr. Bollman is also a partner in Devon Investment Advisory, a Registered Investment Advisory firm.
From 2004 to 2018, Mr. Bollman served as the Chief Financial Officer and Partner of Integrated Financial Settlements, Inc. (I.F.S.). In that capacity, Mr. Bollman and his partners acquired and assimilated five structured settlement agencies (Millennium Settlements, EPS Settlements [now Arcadia Settlements], Structured Financial Associates, The Mangelsdorf Company, and J.M.W. Settlements) that, combined, represented $2.3 billion in annuity premium written annually. Mr. Bollman and his partners also founded market-based structured settlement provider Structures and Providio Medisolutions, a lien resolution, qualified settlement fund administration, Medicare Set-Aside, and M.S.P. compliance provider.
Prior to becoming a Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Integrated Financial Settlements, Inc. in 2004, Kyle Bollman served as Chief Financial Officer and Board Member of Investar Holdings, Inc. from 2000 to 2004. With gross premiums of approximately $1.1 billion annually, Investar was a specialty insurance and financial services organization consisting of an insurance agency, two structured settlement agencies, a financial services company, a business management company, and a business brokerage company. From 1992 to 2000, Mr. Bollman was President of Thomas-Pierce & Company, Inc., a boutique mergers and acquisition brokerage firm that handled small to medium-sized transactions. While at Thomas-Pierce, Mr. Bollman was personally involved in approximately $1.5 billion in M&A transactions.
Mr. Bollman received his B.A. in 1990 from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, and his M.B.A. in 1992 from The University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida.
