About

Jim Brady has three decades of deep experience in helping injured plaintiffs realize a secure future with professional needs-based financial planning.

After serving in US Army Aviation, Jim spent his early carrier rising to senior management with property casualty companies while earning his law degree.

Upon leaving the Excess Insurance business, he joined one of the pioneer companies in the structured settlement business, rising to Senior Vice President and serving on the Board of Directors of Ringler Associates.

Jim founded TPC Pacific Inc as a financial and structured settlement consulting company in 2014. As a boutique company, it specialized in complex litigated injury settlements. Jim has structured settlements in a variety of tort and injury cases that span product liability, medical negligence, railroads, and commercial construction. His unique talent as both a producer and manager has generated over $1.1 Billion in premium written.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and History from California State University at Fullerton and a Juris Doctor degree from American College of Law. He holds a CSSC (Certified Structured Settlement Consultant) from the University of Notre Dame. As a recipient of the Army Commendation Medal, he also volunteers with the Veterans First program in Orange County. Jim and his wife spend time between Newport Beach and Scottsdale, AZ homes. He enjoys golf and instructing high-performance driving.
