About

David Rismiller is a Settlement Consultant and Principal with Legacy Settlements Group, an affiliate of Sage Settlement Consulting. For over two decades, David has helped thousands of injured individuals develop structured settlement plans to meet their needs.

A former attorney with Morrison & Hecker LLP (now Stinson LLP), David gained invaluable experience representing personal injury victims. He then became a producer with the McInnes Group, an employee benefit consulting firm. David’s early career experience highlighted the need to create a solid plan for long-term financial security, and it informs the work he does today.

David graduated with honors from the University of Kansas School of Business. He earned his JD from the University of Missouri—Kansas City School of Law, where he graduated with honors and was a member of the Law Review. David is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Kansas.
